As a general rule, Prove Patisserie is closed on Public Holidays, particularly if it falls on a Monday.

This will delay our bread production by a day, so instead of Tuesday being our first bake day of the week, instead Wednesday will be our first bake day of the week.

The exception to the rule is if the public falls during the week, we may choose to remain open so as not to miss too many production days towards our busiest time of the week. We will give advance notice if this is the case.
