We are open for general retail Tuesday to Saturdays, 8am - until sold out.
We also bake to order, Tuesday through to Saturday, you just need to order 48 hours in advance to avoid disappointment.

Please place orders by 10am - 48 hours before collection. As per below:
Sunday morning for Tuesday pick up
Monday morning for Wednesday pick up
Tuesday morning for Thursday pick up
Wednesday morning for Friday pick up; and
Thursday morning for Saturday pick up

YES, we use a variety of nuts in our bakery including almonds, hazelnuts and pistachios.
However, we do NOT use PEANUTS in our kitchen.
While we endeavour to avoid any cross contamination, we cannot eliminate all risks.
We therefore note that all our items MAY contain traces of nuts.

Unfortunately, all of our pastries contain gluten.
However, all of our brownies are GLUTEN FREE. While we endeavour to avoid any cross contamination, we cannot eliminate all risks.

All of our pastries contain butter. However, our banana bread is VEGAN to cater for our vegan friends.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRE-ORDERS
ITEM SELECTION
Step 1: Head to “SHOP” on our website.
Step 2: Select your desired item.
Step 3: Once you have finalised your selection, please click on the Shopping Cart icon and then click “Checkout”.
Step 4: We recommend selecting “More Payment Options” rather than Apple Pay at this point.
PAYMENT
Step 1: Enter Email address.
Step 2: This will enable you to more easily select your preferred “Delivery Methods” of “Store Pickup - XMAS EVE PICK UP 24/12”
Step 3: Payment - you will still be able to use Apple Pay or enter your debit or credit card details. VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE ENSURE YOU INCLUDE A PHONE NUMBER
Step 4: Review & Purchase.
If you make a mistake at any point during this process and your order has already been processed, please send an email to info@provepatisserie.com.au with a contact phone number and we will endeavour to attend to it as soon as practicable.

REFRESHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR PASTRIES
Keep pastries in an airtight container (at room temperature).
Pastries can also be frozen and thawed on bench for 20 mins before placing in oven.
Do NOT put in the fridge!
Refresh at 160 degrees in oven for 5 minutes to re-caramelise the pastry.
Dust with icing sugar or eat as is!
